What is the role about?
Endress Hauser’s Main Instrument Vendor (MIV) program was created to combine our word-class instruments with services and project execution knowledge to our client’s most challenging projects and ecosystems. The MIV Project Specialist will help support many areas of the project with day-to-day needs varying from data entry, report tracking, meeting note recording, and other general support functions necessary for successful project execution.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Assist with completion of client forms for upload and submittal including but not limited to bidding and documentation.
- Perform assistance transcribing client documentation into ready-to-use documents for the project team. This can include evaluation of differences between different document revisions or differences between two complementary documentation sets.
- Provide support with client submissions and pulling updated client documentation out of their portals and into Endress Hauser systems and workflow.
- Assist with tracking and holding parties accountable for key commitments and activities related to the project.
- Provide meeting support regarding notes, next steps, and logging action items in our visible database.
What do we expect from you?
You will have (required):
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three years related experience and/or training.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing (in large and small group settings).

- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks to accomplish accurate and consistent outputs.
- Prioritizes and assesses situations or tasks with the intent of committing time to the most critical or key objectives.
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read and understand project reports and collaborate with team members to understand project priorities.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders
