What is the role about?
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible representing the full spectrum of Endress Hauser's products, services, and solutions, tailoring them to meet both current and future needs. You will lead the customer account planning cycle, ensuring that Endress Hauser consistently meets the requirements and expectations of assigned customers.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Establish and nurture productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned global customer accounts, ensuring diverse perspectives and needs are addressed.
- Coordinate the involvement of Endress Hauser personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to exceed account objectives and customers' expectations.
- Collaborate with customers' corporate stakeholders to achieve best results.
- Lead the joint company-strategic account planning process, developing mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for one and three-year periods.
- Take responsibility for solution development efforts that best address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary Endress Hauser personnel to deliver exceptional results.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $121,600 to $187,300 per year. Exact compensation may vary depending on the education, skills, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
