We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our Group and support our Automation Instrumentation team members in driving World Class Excellence within our Level & Pressure facility. Within Level & Pressure, we utilize state-of-the-art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to ensure the quality of the instrumentation produced, as well as the safety of employees and the environment.
What is the role about?
This position is responsible to partner with the different departments it supports andprovide proactive business assistance. The position requires the ability to balance andadapt by absorbing responsibilities from managers and others with the goal of providingincreased productivity and efficiency for all team members.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will :
- Provide operational support to Pre-Production, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Facilities.
- Compile, visualize, and report information and data.
- Operate with a continuous improvement, solutions-driven mindset.
- Assist in the creation, documentation, and revision of operational processes and procedures.
- Work on multiple projects at once including testing, modifying, compiling, and executing concepts to advance Change Management.
- Collect, analyze and interpret company data to assist in making effective business decisions.
- Assist Controlling and Operations with account reconciliation such as credit cards.
- Function as a communication conduit between the shopfloor and leadership
- Construct and appropriately distribute effective, accurate, and timely communication.
- Maintain physical & digital filing system for records, reports and other documents.
- Support calendar management by arranging schedules & meetings
- Provide administrative support in preparing meeting agendas, coordinating facility & catering accommodations, recording and transcribing minutes of meetings.
- Serve on Events Team
- Additional duties as assigned
