We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide infrastructure systems. This individual will ensure high availability, security, and performance across on-premise and cloud-based systems, as well as drive operational excellence in networking, telecommunications, data centers, and business continuity.

This is a full-time, day-shift position based in a professional office environment. Occasional travel, evening, or weekend work may be required. Remote work flexibility is available in line with company policy.

Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide infrastructure systems. This individual will ensure high availability, security, and performance across on-premise and cloud-based systems, as well as drive operational excellence in networking, telecommunications, data centers, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team, ensuring strong performance, growth, and collaboration
- Oversee all enterprise infrastructure, including cloud platforms, on-prem systems, storage, networking, and telecommunications
- Maintain high availability and performance in line with defined SLAs
- Drive security, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure Tier 1 systems are well-supported and up to date
- Partner with the CIO and executive leadership to align infrastructure with strategic goals
- Play an active role in audits, compliance initiatives, and policy development
- Provide hands-on technical oversight for complex system upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting
- Evaluate infrastructure performance and implement improvements to enhance availability, security, and efficiency
- Lead infrastructure planning for mergers and acquisitions
- 8 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Deep knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing, virtualization, storage, and security best practices
- Familiarity with industry security standards (NIST, ISO, HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of firewall systems, intrusion detection, encryption, MFA, and endpoint protection
- Experience with enterprise IT operations, asset management, and ITIL-based support processes
- Exceptional communication, project management, and team development skills
- Proven success managing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
