Description
The Quality Analyst is a customer facing role requiring professional communication on handling customer complaint management. They will be responsible for conducting assessments for issues involving Endries supplied products. They play a key role in addressing customer issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
- Corroborate product complies with industry specifications and/or customer requirements
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications
- Investigating root cause for customer complaints
- Work with suppliers as required towards resolution of such complaints
- Collaborate with other teams (Engineering, Procurement), suppliers, and customers to bring long term solutions as seen
- Monitor and verify effectiveness of actions taken
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Detailed reporting through corrective action (SCAR, CAR) processes
- All other duties as assigned
- Knowledge on materials, manufacturing processes and inspection techniques
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and product specifications
- Ability to use quality tools for investigation and improvement plans
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, statistical analysis software)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Technician, Six Sigma) are advantageous
- Proven experience in quality assurance roles, preferably in fastener distribution or related industry

- Compensation: $54,000 - $74,800 /year (actual compensation will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role)
