We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee and elevate distribution center operations across a defined region. You’ll operate in both office and warehouse environments with occasional flexibility for remote work in accordance with company policy. Regular travel, including overnight stays, is expected to support site operations across your assigned region.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily operations across multiple distribution centers
- Drive performance in warehousing, inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics
- Analyze KPIs to uncover areas for process improvement and cost reduction
- Lead and mentor warehouse managers and staff, building a culture of accountability and excellence
- Champion lean methodologies and best practices to boost productivity and customer satisfaction
- Implement strategic inventory and supply chain solutions aligned with business goals
- Manage regional operations budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and corporate policies
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent service levels
- Deliver regular performance updates to senior leadership with data-backed insights
- Foster innovation by identifying and executing continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or order fulfillment
- 5 years of proven leadership experience, with strong team development skills
- Expertise in operations management, logistics, supply chain optimization, and quality control
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and WMS systems
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and change management abilities
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets across multiple sites
