What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Clerk position at Endries?
Summary
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for correctly receiving and posting customer payments for all Endries companies and divisions. They work with other departments to support customer and sales requests. They will promote a work culture that represents the organization's vison, mission, and values.
Essential Functions
- Post, verify and record customer payments and transactions related to Accounts Receivable
- Create invoices according to company practices and submit invoices to customers
- Communicate verbally and written with customers / sales team to resolve various request
- Manage customer credit card payment process in 3rd party software
- Maintain and update customer files
- Provide overall support to the Accounts Receivable team
- All other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop, computers, and phones.
