Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 support via phone, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network issues

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and end-user applications

Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and security settings

Support remote access, mobile devices, and VPN configurations

Use RMM tools to monitor, manage, and maintain client systems

Document support requests and resolutions clearly in the help desk system

Assist with IT asset tracking, system backups, antivirus protection, and new employee onboarding
What You Bring:

3–5 years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar support role

Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and virtualization platforms (VMWare, XenServer)

Familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, PowerShell, and networking tools

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills

Certifications like CompTIA, CCNA, AWS Cloud, or similar are a plus

Associate’s degree in IT required; Bachelor’s in CS or related field preferred
Working With Us:
You’ll be based in a professional office environment, working with standard IT equipment. Occasional travel may be required for client site support. While you’ll be lifting and moving equipment at times, this role is primarily office-based with collaborative, hands-on work.
