Job Overview:
This role combines high-level graphic design expertise with project management responsibilities. You will take ownership of client projects, ensuring the seamless transition from concept to completion while maintaining a hands-on role in design and execution.
Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design (60%)
- Develop sophisticated and impactful designs for vehicle wraps, signage, and awnings.
- Create detailed client-ready proofs, mockups, and production files using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Maintain Endura’s high standards for creativity, quality, and innovation in all design outputs.
- Prepare production-ready files and oversee final file checks for accuracy.
Project Management (40%)
- Lead and coordinate client projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining clear communication.
- Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project workflows, addressing challenges proactively and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Project Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Experience:
- 10 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in signage, vehicle graphics, and related industries.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently, meeting high standards for quality and timeliness.
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop essential).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with production processes like printing, laminating, and vinyl application.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
