What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Liaison position at EnduraCare Acute Care Services, LLC?
Must be a licensed RN or a licensed OT/PT/SLP with at least one year experience in healthcare sales/marketing to be considered for this part time Clinical Liaison position.

Summary
The Clinical Liaison acts as a coordinator between internal and external referral sources, and hospital-based rehabilitation unit operations Acute Rehab Unit (ARU). The Clinical Liaison is responsible for establishing relationships with Case Managers, Physicians, Payors and other referral sources. The Clinical Liaison will ensure appropriate patient placement through clinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with Case Management, Physicians, Medical Director of Rehab Unit and the interdisciplinary team. Performs pre-admission assessments to determine patient’s candidacy for admissions and assists to facilitate admission to ARU. Achieves quantifiable objectives set by Enduracare Acute Care management. Calls upon hospital/personnel, physicians, and other potential referral sources to develop and manage key account within a specific geographical territory. Responsible for following CMS guidelines for ARU admissions, ensuring a complete Preadmission screening process, and management of a database that tracks statistical data for referrals, admissions and follow up.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Licensed Professional in a clinical health care specialty RN, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
- Current and valid state licensure in clinical practice area or eligible for state license
- Graduate of an accredited school in clinical
- Minimum two years of recent clinical care
- Professional
- Effective verbal, written and persuasive communication
- Organization, time management, and ability to work with
- At least one year experience in healthcare sales/marketing
- Current State Driver’s License in good standing
- Demonstrated proficiency with computers, software and a variety of office Navigation of electronic medical record.
- Must exercise sound judgment in handling professional/confidential nature of health care
Salary : $40,000 - $42,500
