Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and services within the store.
- Operate cash registers / card readers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are processed efficiently.
- Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Handle Multiple computer systems

Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or a automotive store environment is preferred but not required.
