Objective
The Service Specialist is a critical part of Endurance Capital’s high-performance team, supporting the financial advisor by ensuring seamless client service, account management, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. The Service Specialist will work directly with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to maintain the highest level of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Account Management
· Open and maintain client accounts and assist with account modifications.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
· Coordinate and schedule client meetings efficiently based on advisor availability.
· Guide clients through Investor 360 and other digital tools, troubleshooting as needed.
Operational Support
- Facilitate account transfers, deposits, and investment contributions, including backdoor Roth contributions.
- Manage the paperwork lifecycle—preparing, processing, and tracking documents for timely execution.
- Scan, upload, and maintain client records within the Commonwealth CRM system.
- Deposit client checks via mobile deposit or FedEx.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain strict client confidentiality.
Strategic & Administrative Support
- Assist in retirement plan review scheduling for business clients.
- Run and analyze financial reports to ensure CRM data integrity and account balancing (e.g., Asset Allocation, Closed Accounts).
- Enhance marketing efforts, including executing campaigns, processing mail merges, and coordinating outreach.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
· Exceptional customer service orientation with a professional and personable approach.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a highly structured, remote team environment.
· Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for report generation.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and internal reporting.
Preferred
· Prior experience in investments, wealth management, or financial services.
· Associate’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
· Familiarity with financial CRMs (e.g., Commonwealth) and document management systems.
· Interest in process improvement and workflow automation to enhance efficiency.
Work Schedule & Expectations
- Full-time role (40 hours per week), typically Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on deadlines and client needs.
- Potential travel for team meetings, training, or conferences (minimal but possible).
Work Environment & Technology
- On-site position – based in Endurance Capital’s Pana office, located in the First National Bank of Pana. Must maintain a professional and client-ready workspace.
- Utilizes modern technology including cloud-based CRMs, Microsoft Teams, and financial software platforms.
- Adheres to strict client confidentiality and cybersecurity policies to protect client data.
