Exciting Opportunity for Former Navy IT Personnel!
We are seeking a IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Managed IT Services Team at Endurance IT Services. The IT Infrastructure Specialist manages the IT infrastructure of managed services customers, acting as the primary technical contact and ensuring service delivery aligns with company standards. The IT Infrastructure Specialist focuses on guiding customers' IT and infosec strategy, reducing reactive support, and maintaining customer retention. The role involves managing 20-30 clients. Work Schedule : 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday, with availability for overtime and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Uphold core values : client satisfaction, staff retention, and community involvement
- Develop and maintain client network knowledge and documentation
- Perform regular onsite proactive services and simple technology implementations
- Act as the primary implementation engineer for assigned clients
- Implement and define best practices, assess business risks, and recommend upgrades
- Ensure client satisfaction and coordinate with vCIO
- Handle ticket escalation and perform root-cause analysis
- Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned
