We are seeking a Network Engineer IV who will be responsible for leading and coordinating activities to procure and install LiveScans statewide. This role involves advising agencies on their LiveScan equipment and network requirements, assisting with equipment upgrades, and creating network connectivity between cloud-based LiveScan servers and agency LiveScans. The Network Engineer 4 will also coordinate network connectivity and the configuration of state and agency systems to integrate with cloud-based LiveScan servers, and work closely with IT suppliers and state technical personnel. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate the procurement and installation of LiveScans statewide.
- Advise agencies on defining LiveScan equipment and network requirements.
- Assist agencies in upgrading existing LiveScan equipment.
- Create and manage network connectivity between cloud-based LiveScan servers and agency LiveScans.
- Coordinate network connectivity and system configuration to integrate state and agency systems with cloud-based LiveScan servers.
- Collaborate with IT suppliers and state technical personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
