We are seeking a Program Manager / Sr. Project Manager for a full-time position in Virgina Beach, VA. In this role the Program Manager / Sr. Project Manager will oversee multiple critical projects, including transitioning from a legacy mainframe to a SaaS platform, managing data integrity initiatives, and upgrading VoIP and data facilities. The PM will work closely with various City departments and officials to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the transition from a legacy mainframe to a SaaS platform.
- Initiate and manage the Master Data Management project to establish long-term data integrity across City departments.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Oversee the construction, wiring, and deployment of VoIP systems across four remaining City locations, including judicial buildings.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of VoIP and data facility upgrades.
- Manage the complete assimilation including M365, VoIP systems, and comprehensive IT management
- Ensure uninterrupted 24 / 7 operations during the transition, currently six months underway.
- Follow a similar timeline to the libraries’ 18-month integration process.
