Endurant Roof is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Roofing Laborer to assist our lead installer. If you have at least 3 years of experience in roofing, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead installer with various roofing tasks.
- Work efficiently in extreme temperatures to complete projects on time.
- Use ladders and work at heights safely.
- Lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Show willingness to learn and take direction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Reliable and punctual; you need to be there when you say you will.
- Comfortable working at heights and handling ladders.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be teachable and adaptable.
