Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Assistant Manager/Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including stocking supplies as needed.
- Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Process payments using POS systems and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Train new staff members on front desk procedures and customer service standards.
- Supervise front desk operations during shifts to maintain high service levels.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred; experience in retail sales or wireless sales is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and administrative duties.
- Leadership qualities to supervise staff and assist in training development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
