Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations within the assigned area.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and maintain performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets and control operational costs to achieve financial targets.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of operational staff.
- Enhance customer service through effective team management and training.
- Drive initiatives related to inventory management and supply chain optimization.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operational performance and implement solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within operations.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role.

- M-F 9am-5pm (may vary) must be in San Leandro 2x a week
- Up to 50% travel within service area
