UX/UI Product Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Product Designer. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both web and mobile design, proficiency in Figma, and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will lead the design process, conduct user research, and develop high-fidelity visuals and prototypes that result in cohesive and engaging interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the design meets user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define user needs, business requirements, and design objectives.
• Lead the design process: Oversee the full UI/UX design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research: Gain valuable insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points, utilizing findings to inform and validate design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems: Create, define, and continuously evolve design systems for cohesive and adaptable user interfaces.
• Create engaging visuals: Craft high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and specifications, ensuring thoughtful application of typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Design intuitive interfaces: Focus on developing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces with an emphasis on usability, accessibility, and user engagement.
• Optimize for conversion: Ensure web pages and interfaces are optimized for user acquisition, retention, and conversion while maintaining a seamless user experience.
• Implement best practices: Apply best practices in UI/UX design, interaction design, and information architecture to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both web and mobile design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and usability best practices.
• Proven experience in building and managing design systems for scalable, consistent user experiences.
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams.

• Experience in the fintech domain or designing for financial products/services.
• A keen interest in AI-driven design and innovative design approaches.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
