Our client is looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our home health physical therapists collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. $10K Sign-On Bonus
Needs to be a licensed physical therapist in MI, or could be a new grad or someone with less working experience as a PT.
This position supports patients in Jackon and surrounding areas.

Our client is looking for compassionate physical therapists with :
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
Minimum of one year healthcare experience
Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to / from patient locations
A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher
Healthcare& (1 years)
1 & years of experience in& ANY& of the following :
Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Other EMR
TruChart EHR
Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
Valid Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan (MI)
Schedule and Shift Details
Monday-Friday; 8 : 00a / 9 : 00a-5 : 00p (PT within this schedule)
