What you will be doing:
- Secure new and expanded business opportunities through& prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Provide clients with pertinent market and financial information on current market conditions, installation and software offerings, timing of installation, and impact on property values.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and close sales in your assigned region.
- Establish sales territories and quotas, growing the team as results warrant.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
- Report on team and individual performance.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
Experience you will need:
- College degree preferred.
- Experience in the& commercial real estate industry preferred.
- Experience& selling to owners and C-suite executives.
- Strong& closing abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
Benefits: uncapped commission of $250 - 300K
