Regularly service existing customers by testing and analyzing water samples, reviewing systems, and adjusting equipment.
Independently plan and organize your service calls for optimal efficiency.
Solving varied and unique customer problems through analysis, interpretation and deduction.
Maintain strong customer relationships, acting as an adviser and consultant.
Obtain orders or contracts for services.
Working independently and exercising discretion and independent judgment.
Continuously learn about water treatment systems, methods, chemistry.
Collaborate with customers, Service and Water Quality Engineers, and the Service Manager.
Experience you will need :
Experience in engineering, chemistry, water treatment or related fields.
Prior work experience with a water treatment or HVAC company is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
While a college degree is preferred, if the candidate has no degree, then the candidate must have obtained knowledge in the field through a combination of work experience and intellectual instruction.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and self-motivation.
Successful completion of a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE), Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and Drug Screening
Physical ability to drive to customer sites for extended periods of time, frequent walking to customer sites, climb stairs or ladders, handle chemicals while wearing proper PPE.
Must be willing to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures, exposure to chemicals, noise, wearing proper PPE on face, ears, hands
