CRM Data Analyst

EnDyna is an innovative government contractor specializing in providing science-based solutions. As a small but rapidly growing company, we are dedicated to making a positive impact through our contracts. This role will report in office 3 times a week to McLean, Virginia.

Position Overview- Main Responsibilities

The Dynamics 365 & CRM Data Analyst (DCDA) will be responsible for developing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related CRM applications. The DCDA should be

• Dynamics 365 Expertise: Proficient in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.
• Power Platform Experience: Skilled in creating model-driven apps and utilizing the Power platform to build and extend Dynamics 365 applications.
• Customization and Configuration: Adept at customizing entities, forms, workflows, and plugins to tailor Dynamics 365 solutions to specific business needs.
• Knowledge of Database Relationships: Strong understanding of database relationships, including schema design, normalization, and optimization to ensure efficient data management and retrieval within Dynamics 365.
• CRM Development: Experienced in implementing CRM modules, managing customer data, and integrating CRM systems with other business applications.

• Data Visualization:
  
  

Create dynamic and interactive data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

• Report Generation:
  
  

Develop comprehensive reports that summarize key findings, recommendations, and actionable insights based on the data analysis. Tailor reports for different audiences, including executives and project teams.

• Project Management Tools:
  
  

Use Smart Sheets and Monday.com to manage and track research projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and workflows are well-coordinated across teams.

• Data Quality Assurance:
  
  

Conduct regular audits of data sources and processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Identify any discrepancies and work to resolve them efficiently.

• Ad Hoc Analysis:
  
  

Provide on-demand data analysis for special projects, research initiatives, or business inquiries, offering insights that drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8-10 years’ progressive experience in Dynamics 365 and CRM.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools like SmartSheets and Monday.com.
• Strong understanding of data quality management and the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $94,000 annually and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. EnDyna offers medical, dental and vision insurance for the employee and his/her family, a 401K retirement plan with employer match, short-term and long-term disability coverage and life insurance.
