The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $94,000 annually and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. - Dynamics 365 Expertise: Proficient in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.
- Power Platform Experience: Skilled in creating model-driven apps and utilizing the Power platform to build and extend Dynamics 365 applications.
- Customization and Configuration: Adept at customizing entities, forms, workflows, and plugins to tailor Dynamics 365 solutions to specific business needs.
- Knowledge of Database Relationships: Strong understanding of database relationships, including schema design, normalization, and optimization to ensure efficient data management and retrieval within Dynamics 365.
- CRM Development: Experienced in implementing CRM modules, managing customer data, and integrating CRM systems with other business applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8-10 years’ progressive experience in Dynamics 365 and CRM.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like SmartSheets and Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of data quality management and the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
