The Information Systems Manager will play a critical role in leading the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of CRM platforms like ServiceNow, ensuring these systems meet organizational and client needs. Additionally, the role will oversee cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability management, compliance with federal standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA), and employee training. This position requires a leader with technical expertise and project management skills to drive seamless IT operations and secure data environments.
This is a full-time job that requires you to work from our Tysons office, three days a week.

Key Responsibilities
CRM System Leadership (ServiceNow Focus)
- Manage the configuration, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow and other CRM platforms.
- Design and implement workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet operational and client-specific requirements.
- Provide user support and training for CRM functionalities, ensuring efficient adoption and utilization.
- Maintain CRM data integrity through rigorous validation, deduplication, and auditing processes.
- Integrate CRM systems with other tools and platforms to enhance workflows and automation.
- Monitor system updates and implement new features to improve efficiency and usability.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity projects to safeguard systems and data in compliance with federal standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and system audits.
- Oversee cybersecurity policy enforcement, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), access control, and employee security awareness training.
- Manage incident response, including mitigation of malware, phishing attacks, and data breaches.
- Collaborate with IT and external teams to ensure robust cybersecurity measures across all systems.
- IT Support: Deploy and configure hardware and software, including laptops and Microsoft 365 accounts, ensuring seamless operation for end-users.
- Data Analytics: Lead data analysis projects, perform ETL processes, and create visualizations using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a 4-8 person team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).
- Experience & Skills:
- 5 years of experience in IT systems management, CRM administration (preferably ServiceNow), and cybersecurity oversight.
- Proven track record in managing cybersecurity projects and achieving compliance with federal standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Experience leading a team of 5-8 members in a technical environment.
- Experience working with federal clients and understanding of government IT compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow or comparable CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI), programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL), and data management tools.
