White Plains Boutique Elder Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced and skilled paralegal with experience in Medicaid Applications, Trusts & Estates , particularly with drafting Medicaid applications, Probate and Estate Administration, Guardianships, and Estate Planning, Guardianships . The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

Required Skills:
· Handling all aspects of trust and estate administration and Guardianships;
· Deeds and Recording of Deeds;
· Preparation of Medicaid Applications and review of Financial account statements
· Establish and maintain paper and electronic files according to current firm policies utilizing the firm’s record protocol procedures and document management system
· Other duties as assigned
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365- including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
· Strong knowledge of Surrogate’s Court rules and procedures (e.g., probate, administration)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience speaking with clients.
· E-filing experience in New York State Court/ Surrogate’s Court and multiple jurisdictions
· Undergraduate degree and paralegal certification (or equivalent)
