- Inspect and repair wind turbine components to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance or a related field
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and climbing
