Enerbase is a locally owned cooperative that supplies its patrons with goods and services. We operate several gas stations where we provide a range of services to our customers. As a Full Service Attendant at Enerbase, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our gas station.

As a Full Service Attendant, your responsibilities will include fueling vehicles, assisting customers with various requests, performing basic maintenance tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will also have the opportunity to promote our cooperative and its services to customers.

Responsibilities
- Provide full service to customers by fueling their vehicles, checking fluid levels, and cleaning windshields
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our cooperative and its services
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and replenishing windshield washer fluid
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning fueling areas, restrooms, and other designated areas
- Proactively identify and respond to potential safety hazards, and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the gas station
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Basic knowledge of automotive fueling and maintenance tasks is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
