What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive / Diesel Technician position at Enerbase?
Enerbase is seeking a motivated individual to add to our team! This individual will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance and repairs to automobiles, and will conduct light repairs to heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following :
Essential Functions
- Repairs and maintenance to vehicles including oil changes, checking fluid levels, tire repairs, tire rotation and / or replacement, brakes, wheel bearings, sensors, alternators and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Inspects and analyzes vehicles to determine issues or problems and recommends solutions.
- Maintains records on all equipment and vehicles.
- Some experience with large diesel engines to conduct light service work.
- Good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Good customer service skills.
Skill Requirements
This position is located in Glenburn, ND. Transportation to and from the Minot office will be provided if necessary.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED. Must hold a valid driver's license. May lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs. Monday- Friday 8-5 with the possibility of some overtime depending on workload.
