As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, including staff supervision, menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage kitchen operations to deliver exceptional food service
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Plan and implement menus to meet customer expectations
Manage inventory and control food costs effectively
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the food service industry
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of food safety practices and regulations
Ability to manage inventory and control food costs effectively
Creative flair for menu development and improvements
