Job Description: As a C-Store Kitchen Manager at Enerbase, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, creating and maintaining menu items, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in kitchen management or a similar role is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to effectively manage kitchen staff. Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is also required. Creativity and ability to develop menu items are highly valued. Additionally, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, are essential for success in this role.
