What You Will Do
- Manage the sales process from finding new opportunities, following up on leads, to ensuring customer success after equipment installation
- Maintain and manage customer relationships
- Manage and develop successful manufactures representatives
- Support industry tradeshows and events
- Leverage Salesforce to organize and manage customer relationships and activities while meeting key metrics
- Identify and report key market trends and customer needs
- Perform other tasks essential to the success of Enercon Industries

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each core function satisfactorily. The duties above are typically fulfilled through a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field with prior experience in sales and/or marketing functions of packaging equipment and/or industry.
- Ability & willingness to travel up to 50% and meet demands of various time zones. Travel amounts are established annually and are based on territory needs and position responsibilities.
- Exhibits high standards of performance, pursues aggressive goals, and works diligently to achieve them.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and set priorities for diverse range of projects including managing multiple projects at any one time.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a team oriented environment and independently from start to finish on select projects.
- Extremely detail oriented with superior organizational skills.
