- Engineering Leadership: Drive impactful solutions in the power industry through expert design, analysis, and cutting-edge building systems
- Seismic & Structural Expertise: Ensure safety and resilience with precise seismic and structural analysis, adhering to the latest codes and standards
- Strategic Project Management: Lead projects with vision, fostering collaboration, and delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions
- Design Precision & Real-World Impact: Develop detailed designs, calculations, and documentation, transforming concepts into executable plans
- Field Excellence & Hands-On Insight: Conduct site inspections and provide practical support to ensure seamless construction and design implementation
- Collaborative Innovation: Work across disciplines to create holistic, forward-thinking solutions that drive engineering excellence
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an engineering role
- Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of structural calculations is desired
- Must be able to work and remain in the United States without sponsorship
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to, Word and Excel
- Minimum basic level of proficiency in CAD software
- ETABS software experience strongly preferred
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
- Ability to be a lead responsible engineer for a project involving multi-discipline work
- Must be able to climb ladders and/or stairs at client sites
- Ability to travel between 15-25% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs
- PE License desired, especially California PE License
- SE License desired or plan to attain within 5 years
- M.S. in Structural Engineering preferred
- Prior experience in the design of structures in commercial and critical infrastructure environments is desired
