Position Summary
Brighton Tru-Edge is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Co-op to join our team. This position is designed to expose you to real-world sales experience, providing hands-on opportunities to learn and grow. You will gain valuable insights into building, managing, and nurturing customer relationships, leveraging competitive advantages and market insights to grow accounts and drive sales. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to take ownership and run a small division of the Company as if it were your own, making a tangible impact while contributing to the success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with quotes, managing customer relationships, and analyzing market insights.
- Conduct market research to identify new customer opportunities and industry trends.
- Learn and utilize SAP to generate and extract important reports related to sales and overall business performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and maintain excellent customer service.
- Participate in client calls and meetings to gain exposure to sales negotiations and account management.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary contact for our small parts business, learning all aspects of running a business.
- Perform other sales-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
