Base pay up to $165,000 annually

The role:
As Senior Project Manager you will oversee the coordination of project activities to ensure adherence to cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards. The company specializes in delivering large-scale Data Center projects for internal operations and collaborates with Fortune 500 companies on customized ventures.
Duties:
- On-site management of Data Center projects
- Facilitate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning firms
- Manage budgets and schedules
- Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity
- Interaction with power and fiber companies
Essentials:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4 years Construction and Project Management experience is required, most of which in Data Center projects
- Must be proficient in: Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and CAD/Visio
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, required
- Open to frequent travel on site
