City of Odessa, TX Client seeking
Diesel Engine Mechanic
- Inspects and repairs vehicles with diesel engines
- Handles routine repairs, including oil and tire changes
- Interprets diagnostic test results accurately
- Complete Field work when needed
- Write detailed inspection reports and repair plans
- Collaborate with other diesel mechanics
- Presents reports and plans for management for approval
- Completes test drives to make sure the vehicle runs correctly
- Uses power, machine, and hand tools safely
- Follows all motor vehicle repair regulations and standards
- Any other task given by Manager
- Must be available to be on call 24 / 7
- Must their own tools
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
