EnergiSpot is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Regional Sales Representative to drive sales and build relationships within a strategic market. As a key player in EnergiSpot’s expansion plans, you will represent the company in Southern New Jersey (Camden Burlington), identify and secure new business opportunities, and maintain excellent relationships with current clients. This is a field-based role, and candidates must reside in the immediate vicinity of their assigned market to provide prompt service and build strong local partnerships.
This position is a remote role but the successful candidate must reside with a reasonable commute from the business area identified above.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Management:
- Manage and grow sales in the assigned strategic market
- Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities in key target segments, including but not limited to auto dealerships, fleet operators, hotel and hospitality, healthcare, multi-family residences, and parking facilities
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in your region, providing excellent customer service and support
- Foster long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in your region
- Provide feedback to internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Work closely with EnergiSpot’s marketing, product, and sales leadership teams to ensure alignment with company goals and messaging
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events to share best practices and build expertise
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set for your region
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress in the CRM system
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the EV, clean energy, technology, or related industries
- Proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Must reside in the immediate vicinity of the assigned strategic market
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
