Due to continued growth, we currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant! This is a Full-Time position with weekends off. Details below!

Responsibilities:
Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks
Support HR functions including record-keeping, hiring processes, and employee inquiries
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Data entry of day-to-day business transactions
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Perform other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Knowledge of AR, AP, and HR processes
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
