Position: Service Coordinator (In-Office Position, Nights and Weekends Off)
Responsibilities:
Service Coordination: Manage service requests, schedule technicians efficiently, and ensure timely completion of warranty repairs and maintenance tasks.
Real-Time Communication: Maintain clear communication with field technicians, providing updates on assignments, delays, and changes.
Problem-Solving: Address urgent service needs promptly to minimize downtime for clients.
Documentation: Accurately record service details, including equipment serial numbers, parts used, and repair timelines.
Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure top-tier service experiences.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to coordinate parts availability and prioritize urgent service requests.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and warranty guidelines.
Data Analysis: Track service performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in service coordination, dispatch, or operations management, preferably in break/fix service or warranty support.
