Position Summary
The Associate Manager, Trade Promotion Management, is responsible for driving and accelerating profitable revenue growth through promotional management and optimization across all three business segments - batteries, lights, and auto care. A central focus will be leading support of our Customer Business Planning solution and driving profitable growth via insights in the tool. This role is within the Trade Promotion Management team in our Pricing and Revenue Management department.

Total Rewards Package
The salary range for this position is USD $88,000.00/Yr. - USD $102,300.00/Yr.
Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities
Trade Insights Strategy: Deliver value by optimizing customer investment, mix, and promotion:
- Leading support for users in Customer Business Planning system (XTEL)
- Leading development and deployment of reporting output from CBP
- Conduit between Commercial and cross functional partners to ensure proper functionality of Customer Business Planning system (XTEL)
- Provide end to end tool training for all XTEL users
- Responsible for documenting issues and tickets related to system and tracking them to resolution
- Responsible for monitoring Trade funds, Trade Events, and Sales forecasts to ensure smooth Integrated Business Planning
- Assist with Trade Investment analysis and find ways to maximize trade spend effectiveness utilizing outputs from CBP
- Risk and Opportunity tool support for Commercial organization
- Assist with other Trade Investment analysis projects as needed
- Experience: 3 years with increasing responsibility in Trade Promotion, Pricing Analytics, Revenue Growth, Finance, Category Management or related field
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Power BI
- Trade Promotion Management, Customer Business Planning tool experience (XTEL strongly preferred)
- Ability to combine multiple data in Excel and/or PowerBI to generate data driven insights
- Power BI design capability strongly preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent attitude, interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong analytical experience/ability with a passion for numbers and solving problems
- Influential leadership and results oriented with proven track record of delivering against expectations
- Strong objectivity and comfortable making decisions based on facts and supporting rationale
- Ability to influence without having direct authority
