As a Data Scientist in Brno, you will play a key role in designing and developing high-impact data products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Domain Experts to deliver production-ready solutions. We have a globally distributed, highly collaborative team, and Brno is a growing hub for our data science innovation.

As a Data Scientist in Brno, you will play a key role in designing and developing high-impact data products. What You’ll Do
- Design and develop data science product features and solutions.
- Create and maintain data products to solve key business problems in the energy sector.
- Write clean, production-quality code and well-documented experiments.
- Collaborate across functions to integrate models into scalable applications.
- Apply pragmatic, fit-for-purpose solutions and select the right tools for each job.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of Data Science experience.
- Experience with development tools - Required: Python, Numpy, Pandas, Git. Preferred but not required: Kubernetes, Docker, modern CI/CD, Spark.
- Deep understanding of data structures and data science algorithms.
- Experience with Scrum, Agile, and collaboration practices.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
