The Inside Sales Energy Advisor is responsible for managing a large volume of inbound small and medium commercial leads, guiding potential clients t hrough the process to deliver best-in-class energy advice. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent, and client-facing environment.
What you'll be doing :
- Respond to inbound phone, email and chat inquiries, providing guidance to potential customers on electricity procurement for the business
- Present electricity purchasing options to clients in a clear, value-driven, and helpful manner
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to questions, inquires, and resolving issues
- Set proper expectations for deliverables, both with customers and internal teams
- Utilize internal systems to request pricing and energy usage information
- Consistently close business and achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with 5's operations teams to quickly address customer service issues and keep clients informed of the resolution
