What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Analyst position at Energy Capital Credit Union?
The primary role of this position is evaluating and maintaining the usage of internal computer and telecommunication systems. To accomplish this role must manage desktops, laptops, peripherals, establish basic IT procedures, extend IT support services to staff and members, and works directly with IT Support Analyst II. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with all required regulations and policies, including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) policies, procedures, and regulations.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot all desktops, laptops, peripherals, Keystone software, optical system, Online/Mobile Banking, Teller Capture software.
- Manage IT Helpdesk tickets, educate and train all end users on technology related incidents on a recurring basis.
- Properly manage transmission of daily reports and files, as well as maintain the integrity of data and images stored on the optical imaging system. Develop and accurately update operational instructions, documentation, and equipment databases.
- Perform and verify completion of daily backups and automation jobs on all appropriate systems.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Desired candidate will have
- one to three years technical experience, banking experience a plus
- Must be able to accurately and efficiently count money and make change.
- have a high school diploma or GED
- have a satisfactory credit history
- have basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
