Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and driven Energy Consultants to join our expanding sales team in Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for attending pre-scheduled energy consultations set by our marketing team while also generating your own leads through self-sourcing, networking, and referrals. You will conduct in-home and virtual consultations, educating homeowners on solar energy solutions and guiding them through the process of transitioning to solar. Responsibilities
- Attend pre-scheduled energy consultations set by our marketing team.
- Generate additional leads through self-sourcing, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy.
- Assess customer energy needs and present customized solar solutions.
- Guide customers through all financing and contract requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and policy changes affecting solar incentives and marketability.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide regular sales reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales experience required (in-home sales experience is a plus).
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to generate and manage leads independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial and technical information in a simple way.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, in-home consultations, or virtual meetings.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have a computer or laptop for CRM access, scheduling, and virtual presentations.
- Willingness to work weekends as needed to achieve sales targets and meet business demands.
