Energy Completion Services, LLC (ECS) provides onshore wireline pressure control equipment and test and torque services for the oil & gas industry. ECS is centrally located, supplying the safest and most dependable equipment needed. As the nation’s largest supplier of hydraulic latch assemblies (HLAs), as well as our wireline equipment offering, the company has worked with the top oil & gas operators across nearly every shale basin.

We are seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as a Shop Hand who will maintain the upkeep of the maintenance shop and equipment. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable guidelines, Company safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.

• 28 & 14 work schedule

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of supplies and equipment
• Deliver and pick up parts or equipment
• Operate forklifts, pressure washers, test pumps, and other shop equipment
• Service and maintain equipment in optimal working order and perform regular maintenance to maximize production: break down, wash, paint, and rebuild equipment
• Perform general labor tasks and yard maintenance
• Maintain open communication with team members and leadership
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment; observe all safety and security procedures, and report unsafe conditions or hazards
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness
• Adherence to all DOT, OSHA and HSE regulations, Company safety guidelines, and industry standards
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid state issued driver’s license
• Experience as a shop hand or similar position in the oil field service industry
• Must be able to meet criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards

• Physical stamina required for position and the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in various weather conditions – heat, cold, etc.
