Appointment Setter

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our home improvement team as an Appointment Setter.

We are a home improvement co. that has been in business for 10 years. We want to grow and expand our force. Looking for highly

motivated people to triple their income and grow within the company.

This is a results-based position that gives you the exciting opportunity to control your own level of success.

1.Communication skills: An appointment setter should have excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills as they will be interacting with customers regularly.

2. Organizational skills: This role involves scheduling and managing multiple appointments, often for different team members, so being highly organized is crucial.

3. Persistence and resilience: Appointment setters may face rejection on a regular basis, so it's important they are resilient and persistent, continuing to reach out to potential customers despite any setbacks.

4. Computer skills: They should be comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and other computer programs.

5. Customer service skills: You are the first point of contact for a company, so being courteous, professional, and helpful is crucial.

6. Product knowledge: Having a good understanding of what the company offers can help them communicate effectively with customers and answer any questions they may have.

7. Time management skills: You should be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively to ensure all appointments are scheduled and confirmed in a timely manner.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour plus commissions. Health Benefits Available
