Responsibilities
- Sales and customer service
- Answer phones
- Schedule service calls
- Daily paper work for jobs scheduled
- Collecting payments
- Purchase Orders
- Register fireplace serial numbers for warranties
- Check and label freight
- File Freight Claims
- Filing and Scanning documents
- Keeping brochures and pricing updated
- Operate Forklift
- Receptionist will also assist with errands which include checking mail, bank deposits, picking up office and warehouse supplies
SKILLS
- Work experience as Receptionist
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- High school or equivalent
- Bilingual Preferred and must pass drug test.
