Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to all departments with a strong emphasis on our Finance team. This role will involve assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages)
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Finance task as delegated
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Quickbooks experience preferred
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
