Energy Diagnostics is seeking a highly organized Quality Inspection Scheduler to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of our Construction Quality Inspectors as they perform field inspections throughout our service areas. Your ability to manage scheduling requests, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule quality inspections at builders’ sites as requested.
- Coordinate with builders to ensure timely scheduling of requested services.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and adjust as needed based on changing demands.
- Utilize Google Suite, with an emphasis on Google Calendar, to manage schedules efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with inspectors, builders, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Brand ambassador
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to evolving scheduling needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive communication.
- Experience with Vendor Suite software is a plus but not required.
