Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Substation Construction Project Manager based in Leesburg, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project coordination, construction project management, and budgeting. Daily tasks include planning and managing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and liaising with stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination and Project Management skills
- Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Expertise in Budgeting and financial oversight of projects
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in both on-site and remote environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in the power transmission and distribution industry is a plus
