About the Position
This role will work with the cloud architecture team to continue to develop PLEXOS. PLEXOS is a software solution that focuses on solving complex energy problems. A Cloud platform and ensure its success. You will learn the various technologies and architectural patterns employed by the architecture team and contribute to its continued maintenance and development.
As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will also help triage Tier 4 cloud support cases. You will take the lead in helping improve the overall efficiency of resolving customer issues and help get the right team members involved for each case. You will work closely with other local and global team members to make sure that Tier 4 cloud cases are addressed by the right people and in the fastest way.
